TowerBrook recognized for diversity and inclusion efforts

On International Women’s Day, we are excited to announce that TowerBrook has been ranked as one of the top 5 PE firms in the inaugural PE News ‘PE and VC Diversity and Inclusion Ranking’.  PE News assessed over 400 firms for their diversity efforts, and the top 20 shortlist has been published today.  This list recognizes TowerBrook as one of the best-ranked firms across the industry according to the publication’s D&I assessment methodology.

While we are extremely proud of the firm and the progress we have all made towards creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive team, we know that we still have a way to go on this journey.  Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) program continues to be an ongoing effort and we are committed to the sustained effort that is required to be better. We are not satisfied with where we stand today but we are delighted that the firm’s efforts are bearing fruit.
